While you are staying in Brisbane you must visit Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. It is the world's first and largest Koala sanctuary, with over 130 koalas.
You can cuddle a Koala, hand feed Kangaroos and encounter a large variety of Aussie wildlife, all in beautiful, natural settings. Be sure to attend some of the animal encounters and keeper presentations, so you can get up close and learn more about some of our favourite animals! There is the Bird of Prey show, Lorikeet Feeding, Platypus Presentation, Snake Holding and the Sheep Dog show.
